Katarina Witt measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe and bra size
Katarina Witt started to ice skate as early as age five. The talent she displayed soon became apparent as she enrolled to a private school that caters for kids with a flair for sports in Karl-Marx-Stadt. Here she first had a conversation with the teacher Jutta M ller. Witt was able to make her mark when she was ranked second in the 1982 World Championships, held in Copenhagen. Since that time the elegance and grace of her skating caught everyone's attention. She began to dominate this particular sport. Olympic triumph Katarina (now Witt) took home the women's Figure Skating Gold Medal at Sarajevo in the Sarajevo Winter Games. She won a much closer competition four years later. Her free skate was a loss, but her gold medal came from her performances in both the compulsory figures (short programme) and the compulsory figures. Witt is the only repeated medalist in figure skating for women since Sonja Henie. Hall of Fame Witt competed in the Lillehammer Winter Games in 1994 following a career that was successful as an actor. Fans were amazed by her, despite her having placed seventh. Witt's admission into the World Figure Skating Hall of Fame occurred in the year 1995.
